If you’re sourcing prefab compact buildings from China, you’ve likely noticed wide gaps in Apple Cabin house price quotes across suppliers. As a Shandong-based prefab factory with years of export experience, we often hear buyers ask: what does a quality Apple Cabin actually cost, and what’s included in the price? In this guide, we break down standard model pricing, core cost drivers, and the real difference between budget and premium units, so you can make an informed decision for your resort, construction site, or commercial project.
How Are Apple Cabin House Prices Structured?
Unlike a traditional container house modified from a standard shipping container, an Apple Cabin is a purpose-built prefab structure with a signature rounded capsule design. Factory pricing is typically built on four core components: galvanized steel frame structure, exterior wall & insulation systems, interior fittings, and factory labor + quality testing.
Base pricing covers standard configuration produced at scale; custom upgrades, shipping, and on-site services are quoted separately. This structure is why two visually similar cabins can have very different final costs — the difference lies in material grade and internal specification, not just the outer shape.
Apple Cabin House Price by Size & Standard Model
We produce three core standard Apple Cabin models, each sized for different project scales and use cases.
6m Compact Apple Cabin
With around 13–15 sqm of usable floor space, the 6m compact model is our entry-level unit. Standard configuration includes a reinforced steel frame, rock wool insulation, basic electrical system, LED lighting, composite flooring, and panoramic front windows. It works perfectly as a security booth, backyard office pod, or single-person glamping unit.
9m Standard Apple Cabin
The 9m model delivers 22–25 sqm of flexible space, supporting a divided layout with a separate sleeping zone and living area. Standard fittings include an integrated bathroom unit, kitchenette counter, upgraded thermal insulation, and double-glazed windows. It is the most popular choice for small glamping resorts, site management offices, and temporary workforce accommodation.
12m Large Apple Cabin
Our 12m large Apple Cabin provides 32–36 sqm of interior space, configurable as two bedrooms plus a common area, or open-plan commercial space. Standard specification includes a full bathroom, built-in storage cabinets, reinforced steel structure, and premium exterior cladding options. It is preferred for multi-unit resort developments, permanent small residences, and visitor centers.
