Unlike foldable units, the walls, frame, and flooring of this type of house are separable components that are transported individually and assembled on-site; the entire structure is free of any welded joints.
Our modular houses feature a framework made of hot-dip galvanized square tubing and utilize thickened metal sandwich panels. We offer full customization of colors, exterior styles, door and window configurations, and interior layouts, making them ideal for applications such as worker dormitories and office complexes—perfectly meeting your specific requirements.

Shipping Port: Factory based in ShanDong, China. The nearest shipping ports are Tianjin Port and Qingdao Port for your selection.
Packaging & Loading: Our F20 can be fully folded for cost-effective shipping. A single 40HQ container can accommodate 2 sets of Model F20.
On-site Installation: Only 2 to 4 workers are required to unfold the unit upon arrival.
